When your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. That link is the quickest way to see where your parcel is.
How to track your order
- Find the shipping confirmation email for your order. Our order numbers start with GG-.
- Open the tracking link in that email.
- If you have an account, you can also log in to see your orders.
Good to know
- Tracking can take a few days to show movement after your parcel is handed to the carrier.
- If you ordered more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.
- Delivery times by region are on our shipping and delivery page.
