This wireless mobile game controller gives your phone proper sticks and triggers, with Hall-effect sensors that don't wear down like the potentiometer sticks that cause drift. It also works with PCs, so it doubles as a spare pad at the desk.

Why it earns bag space

• Hall-effect sticks: magnetic sensing with no contact parts to wear, so no stick drift over time.
• Hall linear triggers: analog triggers for smooth throttle and brake control in racing games.
• Works across devices: Android, iOS and PC.
• USB-C charging: built-in battery that charges over USB-C.
• Two versions: standard, or a 2.4G version for PC play.

Specs

Good to know

• The face buttons, bumpers and D-pad use membrane switches, so they're soft and quiet rather than clicky.
• On phones, game support for controllers varies by title. Check your game supports a controller before you buy.
• Charge it fully before the first session.
