New Bee Z8 RGB headset stand, 2 USB ports

Will it hold my headphones?

It's listed as fitting all headphone sizes. We haven't measured the tray, so check yours against the 242 mm height if they're unusually large.

Can I charge my phone on it?

Yes, through either port, as long as the phone draws no more than 1.5 A and doesn't need a proprietary protocol.

Can I turn the lights off?

Hold the button for 3 seconds. Hold again to turn them back on.

Does it need assembling?

Yes, but only four steps. The rod screws into the base and the top tray fits on last.

Will it slide around?

The base is non-slip silicone, so it should stay where you put it.
